Lead Marketer & Head of Growth at Birdly, Paris, France.

May 2015 - January 2016

After three years working in an ad agency, I decided to jump into the world of startups to grow my skills and work on several missions at a time.
The first product I worked on at Birdly was an expense management app dedicated to pro consumers. I discovered the different means that were at stake when promoting a mobile app, from App Store optimization to the improvement of the funnel.
Birdly then pivoted to create a robot that does your expense reports with great success, and I had the opportunity to help the company grow its userbase from zero to 15k in 10 weeks, create side projects and articles that got featured in The Next Web, VentureBeat, and reached the top on Product Hunt, Hacker News, Reddit or Medium. I also had the chance to be encouraged to test, fail, learn and try again very quickly, which helped me identify what worked and what did not.
